SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled and shipped. Orders may be split across multiple shipments. We DO NOT offer shipping insurance on your package at this time, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please email us at pinkpalmsocialco@gmail.com

SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:

We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible. 

ORDER CHANGES:

We are so grateful for your order. Please make sure to review it carefully before it is submitted as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed. Double + triple check that all details are correct.

CANCELED ORDERS:

Please make sure you want your item before you place your order. We do not allow order cancellations due to the quick turn-around time of items selling out. We have an absolutely amazing team so chances are your order is already packaged up and ready to go out!

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

In the case your package is taking longer than expected, we advise you to refer to the tracking number provided with your order. Once the package has entered into the carrier's hands, Pink Palm Social has no control over the movement of your package. It can take up to 10 business days for your package to be delivered. If it takes longer than 10 business days, we recommend reaching out to your local USPS office, FedEx or UPS to submit a claim! 

Pink Palm Social is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” Pink Palm Social is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office), FedEx or UPS with questions regarding shipment tracking.
