Returns & Store Credit Policy

We hope you love your order. However, if your purchase is not quite perfect, we gladly accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your item as soon as possible. Once your return is received and approved based on the requirements below, store credit will be issued.

Store credit may be used toward purchasing a different size or any other merchandise online or in-store.

Return Requirements

  • Item(s) must be in original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached
  • Include a copy of your order number with the return

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry
  • Any discounted items, including purchases made with:
    • Discount codes
    • Text/SMS codes
    • Rewards
    • Flash sales
    • Any other promotional discount

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Should returned merchandise fail to meet our return eligibility requirements, the item may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do have a drop off / pick up location in Farmington, AR if you would like to save on shipping costs.  Just send us a message and we can arrange this option.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Seasonal/holiday, intimate garments, swimwear, jewelry and sale items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not swap products for exchange.  You will need to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will issue you store credit so you can make a new purchase for the new item.  We do have a drop off / pick up location in Farmington, AR if you would like to save on shipping costs.  Just send us a message and we can arrange this option. 


Refunds
We do not offer refunds but we will issue store credit to use towards your next purchase at Pink Palm Social. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a gift card in the amount of your purchase (minus any shipping charges) within 10 business days. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at pinkpalmsocialco@gmail.com if you have not received your store credit.

ORDER CHANGES:

We are so grateful for your order. Please make sure to review it carefully before it is submitted as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed. Double + triple check that all details are correct.

CANCELED ORDERS:

Please make sure you want your item before you place your order. We do not allow order cancellations due to the quick turn-around time of items selling out. We have an absolutely amazing team so chances are your order is already packaged up and ready to go out!

SIZING GUIDE:

We currently offer sizes X-Small through Large. However, in each item's product description we note if an item runs oversized etc. If you have additional questions in regard to sizing you are welcome to email us at: pinkpalmsocial@gmail.com

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached.  If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.  

 

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY:

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. We do not take responsibility for monitor discoloration.
